On the morning of August 10, the 2025 "Gantang Yulu" Program Scholarship Award Ceremony of Lingchuan County College Students Union was grandly held at Lingchuan County Xinhua Bookstore. Guided by the Communist Youth League Lingchuan County Committee, this activity aims to gather social love forces, accurately help outstanding and poor Lingchuan students, and escort their academic journey. It is an important practice of the Communist Youth League organization to serve the growth of young people, promote educational equity, and implement the fundamental task of "cultivating talents for the Party and the country".
At the scholarship award ceremony, the participating leaders and the caring entrepreneur Mr. Xu Haitao, Chairman of Shanghai Boevan Packaging Machinery Co., Ltd., Vice President of Shanghai Guilin Chamber of Commerce, and Honorary President of Lingchuan County College Students Union, jointly awarded scholarships and books to 10 aided students, including 4 fresh high school graduates admitted to undergraduate universities this year and 6 fresh junior high school graduates from Jiuwu Junior High School admitted to Lingchuan Middle School this year. It is reported that Mr. Xu Haitao, the caring entrepreneur, will provide 6 fresh junior high school graduates from Jiuwu Junior High School admitted to Lingchuan Middle School with an annual subsidy of 2,000 yuan per person for three consecutive years; and provide 4 fresh high school graduates admitted to undergraduate universities with an annual subsidy of 5,000 yuan per person for two consecutive years, with a total subsidy of 76,000 yuan. Previously, Mr. Xu Haitao, the caring entrepreneur, continuously provided 23,000 yuan of love funds in 2023 and 2024 for the "Gantang Yulu" Program, which funded a total of 18 outstanding and needy teenagers. This heavy care is not only a timely help materially for the needy teenagers, but also a deep encouragement and earnest expectation spiritually.
At the award ceremony, the aided students said that they would study hard, remember this profound friendship, and when they have the ability in the future, actively give back to the society, pass on love, and realize the magnificent sublimation from "being aided" to "self-aid" and then to "aiding others", so that the positive energy of mutual help and friendship will be passed on from generation to generation in the society.

At the award ceremony, the responsible comrade of the relevant department of the Communist Youth League Guilin Municipal Committee fully affirmed the remarkable achievements made since the implementation of the "Gantang Yulu" Program by Lingchuan County College Students Union and its important significance in promoting educational equity and serving the growth and success of needy teenagers. He earnestly expected the aided students to firm their ideals and beliefs, listen to the Party and follow the Party, regard temporary difficulties as wealth to temper their will, turn social care into a strong driving force for determined struggle, and strive to grow into socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physical education, aesthetics and labor. At the same time, he required Lingchuan County College Students Union to continue to deepen the brand building of "Gantang Yulu" under the leadership of the superior League organization, and make this project of gathering love and sowing hope deeper, more solid and better. It is understood that through nearly nine years of practice, Lingchuan County College Students Union has taken the implementation of the "Gantang Yulu" Program as a bridge to serve the growth and success of Lingchuan college students, and has guided more than 50 Lingchuan college students to return to their hometown with their knowledge and skills and devote themselves to the development and construction of their hometown.
Lingchuan County College Students Union will take this award ceremony as a new starting point, under the strong leadership of the superior League organization and the strong support of all sectors of society, continue to polish the brand of the "Gantang Yulu" Program, constantly improve the student aid mechanism, expand financing channels, accurately connect with needs, strive to lay a solid ladder for more Lingchuan needy teenagers to reach their dreams, and contribute youth power to cultivating the new generation who can take on the great task of national rejuvenation and writing a new chapter in the high-quality development of Lingchuan.
