At the moment of sucking and pulling out, the cartons are quickly formed by cleverly utilizing mechanical structures and principles. Subsequently, the carton erector and sealer machine rapidly folds the front, rear, left, and right covers of the carton, and finally completes the tape bottom-sealing process. The entire process is completed in one go, all controlled intelligently by an advanced PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) combined with a touch screen display. Meanwhile, the carton erector is also equipped with safety protection devices such as early warning for material shortage and automatic shutdown when there is no material, ensuring the stability and safety of the production process.
